Javaabu played a key role in the EduTech Symposium 2025, organised by the Centre for Educational Technology and Excellence (CETE) of The Maldives National University (MNU). As part of the symposium's official programme, Mohamed Jailam, CEO of Javaabu Pvt. Ltd., facilitated Workshop 2, titled "AI Tools for Bridging Education and AI."
Held on 16 September 2025 at MNU's Central Administration (A-Block), the workshop introduced educators to practical applications of Artificial Intelligence in teaching and learning. Participants explored tools such as ChatGPT and Google Gemini through hands-on activities, gaining insights into how AI can support lesson planning, assessments, personalised learning, and classroom innovation.
The session also addressed the emerging opportunities, challenges, and ethical considerations associated with AI in education, encouraging teachers to understand both the potential and the responsibilities that accompany AI-enhanced instructional methods.
Throughout the workshop, Mohamed Jailam highlighted how AI can reshape learning environments and help educators adapt to the rapidly evolving digital landscape. The interactive demonstrations and discussions provided participants with tangible strategies for integrating AI into daily teaching practices.
The Maldives National University noted that the workshop was a key component of the symposium's broader theme: leveraging education through the advancement of technology.
