Javaabu Signs Agreement to Develop Reporting Module for the GEMEN Portal

Javaabu has signed an agreement with the Local Government Authority to develop the reporting module for the GEMEN portal, a government system used for managing council-related information. The signing took place on 4 October 2022.

GEMEN serves as a central platform for handling registry data for residents, properties and land records, as well as council documentation across the islands. The new reporting module aims to make this information easier to access, interpret and utilise.

During the handover, representatives from both sides highlighted the importance of strengthening digital infrastructure for local governance. Javaabu shared that the team is committed to delivering a well-crafted and reliable reporting solution that will support councils in their day-to-day operations.
