Javaabu has been featured in a Sun.mv article highlighting the introduction of new features to DhivehiGPT that allow users to write by voice, correct Dhivehi text, and translate content into Dhivehi. The full article is available on Sun.mv at ++https://sun.mv/193689++.
According to the report, the latest update to DhivehiGPT was introduced by Javaabu Academy and represents a major expansion of the platform’s capabilities. The application now enables users to create written content in Dhivehi, summarise texts, improve phrasing, and translate material from other languages into Dhivehi, making the service more practical for everyday use.
Sun.mv explains that DhivehiGPT is based on Chat Generative Pre-Trained Transformer technology, which is widely used internationally for content creation and language translation. With this update, the technology has been made available to users in the Maldives in the Dhivehi language.
The article details that DhivehiGPT supports a wide range of writing formats, including letters, news articles, agreements, stories, speeches, poems, and proposals. Users can generate content by simply entering a title and key points, allowing the system to produce structured Dhivehi text within a short time.
Javaabu Private Limited CEO Mohamed Jailam was quoted in the article as saying that development of DhivehiGPT began around six months ago, initially focusing only on translation. He noted that the platform has since been developed into a complete module and opened to the public with significantly expanded features.
The Sun.mv feature highlights Javaabu’s continued efforts to bring advanced artificial intelligence tools to the Maldivian public while supporting the wider use and development of the Dhivehi language through technology.
