Volleyball Association of Maldives partners with Javaabu to advance sports digitalisation

The Volleyball Association of Maldives (VAM) has formalised its partnership with Javaabu through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to develop a comprehensive Sports Information Management System aimed at modernising and streamlining sports administration across the country.

The MoU was signed during a ceremony held at VAM, where representatives from both organisations highlighted the importance of integrating technology into sports governance. The system is designed to consolidate key operational components—including attendance tracking, payment management, player profiles, team coordination, and administrative workflows—into a unified digital platform.

With the introduction of this system, VAM aims to encourage the growth and efficient management of volleyball and other sports in the Maldives. The new platform will be accessible on both desktop and mobile devices, enabling coaches, officials, and administrators to manage information and strategy seamlessly from anywhere.

The partnership underscores VAM’s commitment to adopting state-of-the-art digital solutions and marks a significant milestone in the association’s long-term digital transformation efforts. A video segment featuring Javaabu’s insights into the project was also shared as part of the announcement.
