Javaabu Conducts Fourth AI Training Session for Ministry of Defence Under Civil Service MoU

Javaabu successfully conducted an AI training session for the Ministry of Defence on Saturday, 18th April 2026, at Bandaara Koshi. This session marks the fourth training delivered under the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Civil Service Commission, as part of the ongoing Monthly Special Program carried out in collaboration with the Civil Service Training Institute.

The initiative aims to strengthen AI capacity across government institutions by delivering structured, practical training programs to public sector professionals.

The training focused on introducing participants to widely used artificial intelligence tools and their practical applications in government workflows. The session aimed to enhance awareness and build foundational skills that can support increased efficiency and innovation within the public sector.

A key highlight of the session was an in-depth introduction to DhivehiGPT, Javaabu’s Dhivehi AI platform. Participants were guided through its capabilities, including how it can be used to generate content, assist with communication, and support administrative tasks in the Dhivehi language.

The session was facilitated by Javaabu CEO Mohamed Jailam, who provided practical demonstrations and real-world use cases to help attendees better understand how AI can be integrated into their daily work.

As part of this ongoing initiative, more ministries and government institutions are scheduled to take part in the coming months, further expanding the reach and impact of the program.

Through these efforts, Javaabu continues to support the government’s digital transformation journey by equipping civil servants with the tools and knowledge needed to effectively adopt and utilize emerging technologies.
